Greensboro Meeting Rehab Field Trip

Todd Shoemaker will be hosting us at one of his current rehab projects. We will meet at the property, 3007 Goodall Dr, Greensboro, NC 27407. The walk-through and presentation will begin promptly at 11:45 and last about one hour.

Todd's goal is to "impact and change this neighborhood one house at a time.  We began with a desire for this closed up clamshell of a 3/1.5 to become an open 3/2 floor plan everyone can enjoy."

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Street side parking will be available on the same side of the road the property address 3007 is on.  Please request all drivers to park on the same side of the street the house is on to minimize the risks of blocking traffic and eliminate the risks of pedestrian accidents.
