Bill Sanford is a real estate agent, property manager and real estate investor in the Burlington / Alamance County area. He has been married for over 26 years to Cheryl and is the father of four boys. 

Bill has been involved in Real Estate Management since age 18 because his Dad owned a few rentals. He bought his first rental home in 1998 and has been managing rentals ever since. He currently owns 6 rental properties. 

He quit his "job" in 2002 and has been actively flipping, renting, and brokering real estate ever since. He has bought and sold over 230 properties since 2002. 

Bill opened his property management business in 2016 and manages over 120 units. He manages rentals from exit 131-161 off I-40/85 and has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. 

Bill also runs the Burlington Real Estate Investor's Club - a sub-group of the Triad REIA.
