Larry Ledford and Triad REIA are offering a unique opportunity to learn about building wealth through real estate while helping a Triad area family in need. On Friday, December 18, Larry is offering this 4 hour course for only $15 per person. This admission charge goes to cover only the cost of materials. Normally, the cost of this course is $700. Jim Williams and Karen Rittenhouse of Triad Residential Solutions are providing the conference room facilities.
Letter from Dave Kiddy and More Information
How to Register: Go to Larry’s website, www.larrysseminars.com to register. The cost is $15 per person. You can also register by contacting me, Dave Kiddy, by phone at 336-442-5609 or by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . The 3rd way to register is to attend the Triad REIA meeting next Thursday, December 17th at the Marriott Airport Hotel in Greensboro and sign up there.
Here’s the Deal: Following the seminar, if you feel the knowledge you gained from your participation in the ”Wealth Building Through Real Estate” seminar was worth more than the $15 you paid for the materials, you are invited to contribute more. Any amount. No questions asked. All proceeds in excess of the $15 registration fee will be contributed to an area family in need (see below). If you don’t feel there was additional value there is no obligation to pay anything more. No pressure, promise. You can leave with the knowledge you gained and we’re all still friends.
Here’s the Cause: We’re trying to raise a minimum of $3,750 for a Triad area family to go to San Antonio, Texas to spend Christmas and what time is left with ailing family members. The family (dad, mom and 4 children) are down on their luck and about out of options. Their house is about to be foreclosed, the father and mother having lost their jobs in the textile industry. Foreclosure on the home is imminent. However, after becoming aware of this family’s plight in just the past few days, Larry’s contact with a local business group has resulted in a commitment of funds to bring the mortgage current. Larry has reached out to Triad REIA for help in sending the family to San Antonio to be with the parents/grandparents for the holidays. The grandparents (father’s parents) are both under Hospice care in San Antonio ailing from cancer. Time is of the essence. Lodging and transportation in San Antonio is being provided by other good Samaritans.
