Triad REIA Welcomes You to Lunch & Learn!!
In lieu of a sit-down lunch meeting on Tuesday, March 10th, we've arranged a field trip to tour the Modular Home Factory of Virginia Homes of Boydton on Wednesday, March 11th!

You’re invited to an immersive, behind-the-scenes field trip designed specifically for real estate investors who want to better understand the modular home manufacturing process—from raw materials to finished sections ready for delivery. On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, we’ll travel together to Virginia Homes of Boydton modular home factory for a live, guided tour of the production floor.
The trip is approximately two hours each way, with a planned lunch stop en route. The drive itself offers a relaxed, high-value networking environment where you can connect with like-minded investors, exchange insights, & discuss opportunities in a focused, collaborative setting.
The factory tour begins promptly at 1:30 PM & lasts about one hour. During this time, you’ll observe homes being assembled in real time & gain a clear understanding of timelines, quality control, materials, & efficiencies unique to modular construction. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions directly to the professionals building the homes, providing rare access to expert, practical knowledge you can apply to your own projects.
