Our guest speaker, Tyler Lowe, started his investing career in 2016 shortly after joining the Triad REIA. He has invested in single family homes and small multi family properties. He has been a bird dog, a flipper, and a buy and hold investor.
When he is not killing bugs for his day job and raising a little boy with his wife of 10 years, he is out hunting for real estate deals. One of his favorite strategies for real estate investing is the BRRRR method. He likes this method because you get to own rental property and, if you play your cards right, you get to own that rental property with no money in the deal. Can you say free house? They have accumulated 11 doors over the past five years and are looking to add more single family homes and multi family properties. They are looking for properties in the Triad area and well known vacation towns (Myrtle Beach, Asheville, Topsail Beach, etc). Their goal is to add 20 more doors to the Green Salix portfolio this year.
