Chris Andrews serves as the Deputy Director of the City of Greensboro Planning Department. He has served with the City of Greensboro since 2023, beginning his time as the Land Development Division Manager. He has previously worked for the City of High Point, NC & City of Houston, Texas. He attended both Michigan State University & Marshall University.

Samuel Hinnant was born & raised in High Point, graduated from High Point Central High School & Appalachian State University. He has 16 years of municipal government experience in NC, with the last 8 years being with the City of High Point. He is currently serving as a Senior Planner with the City of High Point with primary responsibility serving as a case manager with the Technical Review Committee (TRC) & case manager for the Board of Adjustment.
