Brian Elam is the managing attorney of Innovative Closing Solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate & legal industries. Brian has always been attracted to real estate, & he grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, so starting a real estate business seemed like a natural fit for him.

Brian graduated from Campbell University Law School in 1999 & immediately started his own practice. Throughout his career, he has owned two property management companies, one real estate investment company, & other businesses. What he likes best about working at Innovative Closing Solutions is the ability it gives him to participate in helping other people achieve their goals & dreams.

Brian has been a member of Triad REIA for 15 years, & on the Board of Directors for over 12. He currently serves as Vice President.
