About Marcus Delgado
Marcus Delgado was born and raised in New York City. In 2020, he made the bold decision to leave New York in search of a more starter-friendly environment to begin his career. By 2021, he found himself in Roanoke, VA, where he began his real estate journey with ALCOVA Mortgage in a post-closing role. Demonstrating remarkable adaptability and ambition, Marcus quickly transitioned to the Compliance department within six months, where he gained a deep understanding of the regulatory policies that underpin real estate lending practices.
In 2024, Marcus launched his lending career with American Partners Federal Credit Union, specializing in business lending. Recognizing the evolving needs of real estate investors, he pivoted in 2026 to become an independent lender, bringing on an additional financial institution to better serve his clients. With a strong foundation in compliance, and a passion for empowering investors, Marcus brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the table.
