Welcome Brian Elam & John Hamrick!
"Conduct 'Subject to Existing Financing' Deals the Right Way"

Join us as we hear the "Sub-To Cowboys" outline & discuss this important & effective method of deal-making!
Brian & John will help you understand the potential pitfalls & keep the whole deal legal.
Often shortened to simply "Sub-to" or "Sub2," this far-from-simple method of deal-making is a WIN-WIN for you & the seller! By taking over the existing financing on a property, you help your seller get out of a sticky situation & you get a property to manage as fits your investment strategies. However, as with most things involving money, there are potential pitfalls to be aware of.
Brian Elam, the managing attorney for Innovative Closing Solutions, & John Hamrick, independent insurance agent with Brown Davis, will enlighten us to these issues & answer questions. A subsequent half-day workshop on the following Saturday, April 20th, will shower you with more information to help enable you to solve the sellers' problems & strengthen your investment portfolio!
We'd be delighted for you to join us!
Arrive at 6pm to network with like-minded investors & speak with vendors.
We'll start our meeting promptly at 6:30pm.
