DEAL OF THE YEAR COMPETITION: Details & Definitions
Definition: a "Deal of the Year" as recognized by the Board of Directors of the Triad REIA is one in which the property has undergone "SIGNIFICANT TRANSACTIONAL ACTIVITY."
Be Sure to have your numbers in hand (preferably written down) BEFORE the Meeting.
Be Sure you're able to explain the deal in 5 minutes or less.

1. Fix & Flip
2. Wholesale Deal
3. Buy & Hold
4. Multi-family Property or Commercial Property
The best deal of the winners of the four categories wins the trophy!
