Join us for lunch on the first and second Tuesdays of the month as we present topics that are relevant to Real Estate Investors in the Triad

Ricky Sarvis, of Sarvis Home Inspections, is our guest speaker today. Ricky grew up immersed in the construction industry. Both of his grandfathers ran successful roofing companies and Ricky started helping them at a young age. He also spent four years as an HVAC tech/installer and two years as a general contractor's apprentice. Ricky combined this experience with his love for building sciences when launching Sarvis Home Inspections.

Ricky places a high value on continuing education and has earned numerous inspector industry-related certifications. Additionally, he has an active UAS Remote Pilot License (Drone) from the FAA and is a member of InterNACHI.

When he's not putting his construction knowledge to work as a home inspector, Ricky enjoys fishing with his family. He's also a member of the North Carolina State Beekeepers Association (NCSBA).
