Role-playing is a classic method of learning skills useful in potentially nerve-wracking situations, like negotiating a seller's situation to best help them without replacing them in the quicksand of their troubles.
You have to be able to recognize the signs of a seller's "pain point" to be able to help them out of their situation. Your confidence in your ability to help the seller will cinch more deals for you than you ever thought possible, but you need to practice relaying the information on someone other than your first few potential clients! That's where this Lunch & Learn session comes in.
Learn to be READY, ABLE, & WILLING:
- Be READY with the possible solutions
- Be ABLE to present these solutions without stumbling over your words
- Be WILLING to explain any part of the deal that may be considered "tricky" to the general layperson
